The masalas used in both the curry and the fry dish is exactly the same hence it is usually made together. Half the plantains are fried and the rest are made into a yummy curry by adding some thick coconut milk and some more tamarind extract. It is truly super delicious. Again don’t go just by my word.. Do try it out!
You could also try this curry out with yams, mushrooms, assorted veggies or tofu too. The curry is very simple and very versatile. Goes so well with rice or chapatti or my favourite bhakris.
As always sending loads of love, light and happiness your way…
Smile and Enjoy..
